푸틴의 성소수자 억압에 찬성하는 러시아 스탈린주의자들

 - “러시아연방공산당” 의원단이 연방의회에서 “LGBT 선전” 금지 법안을 만장일치로 지지하다

 지난 10월 27일, 러시아 연방의회는 성소수자들 (LGBT+)의 민주적 권리를 금지 억압하는 법안을 통과시켰다. 이 법안은 "언론, 인터넷, 광고, 책, 영화 등에서 비전통적인 성관계 선전을 금지한다."[1]
 
잘 알려진 바와 같이 오래전부터 푸틴 정권은 LGBT (동성애/양성애/성전환자)가 서구 퇴폐의 원인이며, 그것의 “전파”로 러시아의 “전통적 가치”가 훼손되고 있다고 주장하고 있다. 러시아 정부의 공식 대변지 로시스카야 가제타는 "연방의회 의원들이 러시아에 이질적이라고 생각되는 서구적 가치들에 맞서는 데 만장일치로 의견을 모았다"고 만족스럽게 평했다.[2]
 
푸틴이 공식 임명한 체첸 총독으로 체첸 인민의 도살자인 람잔 카디로프[3]는, 러시아의 대(對)우크라이나 전쟁은 트랜스젠더들을 비롯한 LGBTQ 등 적그리스도와의 싸움이 될 것이라고까지 했다.[4] 카디로프는 이미 몇 년 전 체첸에서 동성애자들을 잔학하게 “박멸”하는 데 ‘탁월한 수완’을 보여주었다.[5] 오늘, 돈바스에서 그의 군대의 "영웅적 행위"란 일반 우크라이나인들의 가산을 약탈하고 러시아군 "탈영병"을 쫓아 사살하는 행위를 말한다.[6]
 
푸틴 정권의 프로파간다와는 달리 동성애는 인간 사회뿐만 아니라 자연에서도 항상 존재해왔다. 푸틴은 러시아가 "전통 가치"의 옹호자로서 도덕적으로 우월하다고 주장하는지 모르겠다. 그러나 유명한 “테베 성악단”의 영웅성을 최근 점령지 하르키우에서 “올림픽 단거리 선수들처럼” 도망친 러시아군의 별로 영웅적이지 않은 행위와 비교해보라! (기원전 4세기 테베 군대의 정예부대인 테베 성악단은 스파르타 군을 무찌른 150쌍의 남성 연인들로 구성된 부대로서 당시 고대 그리스에서는 무적의 전사들로 경외의 대상이 되었다.)
 
LGBT 권리를 금압하는 푸틴주의 프로파간다는 그 자체로는 놀랄 게 없다. 이미 푸틴 정권은 수년 전부터 반(反) LGBT 사상을 제창해왔다. 놀라운 것은 이른바 "러시아연방공산당"의 입장이다. 우리가 최근 여러 차례 보여주었듯이, 주가노프가 이끄는 이 스탈린주의 당은 푸틴의 우크라이나 침공뿐만 아니라 반동적인 대러시아 배외주의 사상을 지지해온 오랜 전력을 가지고 있다.[7] 이제, 우리는 이들 스탈린주의 당이 푸틴의 초반동적인 반 LGBT 프로파간다도 똑같이 지지하고 있다는 것을 본다!
 
푸틴의 반 LGBT 법안은 연방의회의 모든 러연방공산당 의원들의 만장일치로(!) 지지를 받았다.[8] 니나 오스타니나 러연방공산당 지도자이자 연방의회의 여성가족아동위원회 위원장은 "모든 전선에서 공격이 진행 중이기 때문에 어린이뿐만 아니라 어른들도 이데올로기적 무기로부터 보호되어야 한다"고 주장했다.[9] 그리고 당 웹사이트에 다음과 같은 강령적 제호를 단 성명을 발표하여 반LGBT 법안 지지를 정당화하고 있다. "21세기에는 가족과 육해군만이 러시아를 구할 것이다!"[10]
 
확실히, 이들 "공산주의자"들은 동성애를 비범죄화 한 레닌과 트로츠키 당시 초기 소련의 자랑스러운 전통과 아무 관련이 없다![11] 반대로 그들은 스탈린 (1933년 12월 동성애를 재범죄화 한)과 푸틴의 반동적 전통에 충성하는 독실한 지지자들이다.
 
간단히 말해서, 주가노프의 러연방공산당은 어느 모로든 극 반동 배외주의 · 사회제국주의 당이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 앨런 우즈의 IMT 러시아 지부[14]와 같은 사이비 "트로츠키주의자"들이 이 당을 지지하고 이 당의 지자체 선거 후보로 나간다는 것은 또 얼마나 낯 뜨거운 일인가!
 
RCIT와 RCIT 러시아 지부 (사회주의동맹)는 LGBT 성소수자들에 대한 이러한 반동적 공격을 강력히 규탄한다. 우리는 성소수자들의 평등과 완전한 민주적 권리에 대한 우리의 강령적 약속을 재차 천명한다![15]
